Mango Mint Chutney

Ingredients

  • 1 cup finely diced ripe mango, divided
  • 2 cups mint leaves
  • 5-6 green chili peppers
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 cups cilantro leaves
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Reserve half of the finely diced mango.

  2. Grind remaining mango and ingredients to a fine paste.

  3. Stir in reserved mango. Add very little water if needed.

  4. Serve with lamb or chicken kabobs.
